Working out from home? Don’t forget your back!

COVID-19 and quarantining have made us all realize that we have the ability to stay fit while being at home. The big thing with working out at home is not everyone (myself included) has a ton of equipment to get a “gym-like” workout in.

With that being said, you don’t need a lot to get an effective training session is. The problem is, you can only do so many push-ups, sit-ups and bodyweight squats AND what is often neglected at our at-home training sessions are pulling exercises.

It’s a fact that a stronger backside (glutes, hammies, lats) is a really good thing. It impacts your posture, your ability to produce force, and will generally make you feel stronger.

Not having the ability to do a lot of pulling exercises at home due to lack of equipment, Prototype Barbell Head Coach, Joe Black decided to make a video to show you how you can train your back at home with limited equipment!
