Prototype Sports Performance
Prototype Sports Performance is a team-based development program designed to help youth and high school athletes move better, get stronger, and stay healthy year-round. We work with teams across sports to deliver custom training that helps develop the full athlete, from sports specific skills-physical training and mindset. Whether it’s through our Nike Soccer Camps, one-day recovery sessions, long-term team training blocks, or our town partnerships, our goal is to build confident, resilient, and well-rounded athletes who are prepared to compete—and thrive—on and off the field.
How we help and what we do
1-Day Training and Recovery Session
We offer single-day sessions for teams looking to reset, recover, and refocus. These events are built to educate athletes on how to care for their bodies during busy seasons—covering recovery strategies, mobility and activation work, hydration and sleep habits, and how to manage training intensity.
Our recovery sessions also include light movement, access to our recovery equipment, and injury prevention drills--making them ideal for any team, high school programs, or clubs in the middle of a heavy competitive stretch.
Nike Soccer Camps
Since 2019, we’ve partnered with ASA and Nike to deliver high-energy soccer training camps that blend technical development with athletic performance.
Our camps focus on first-step quickness, footwork, finishing, and game-based decision making—while also integrating speed training, coordination, and injury prevention. Every session is built around the Prototype philosophy: teach the game, build the athlete, and make it fun.

Custom Team Training Packages
Our Team Training packages give sports teams access to professional-level strength and conditioning in a team environment. These 8–12 week programs are customized to each team’s age, schedule, and season phase, and include a blend of strength, power, speed, agility, and mobility training.
Teams train together 1–2x per week at a consistent time and build stronger movement habits, reduce injury risk, and grow together through effort, discipline, and team culture.
Town Partnerships (WYSA Academy Launch)
Our newest initiative is a long-term partnership with Westborough Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) to launch the WYSA Academy Teams—a year-round developmental program that combines professional coaching, performance training, and leadership development for these select in town teams.
Academy athletes receive consistent technical instruction, weekly strength and conditioning sessions, and mental performance coaching focused on confidence, composure, and resilience. It’s a true player-first model designed to elevate the standard for town-based youth soccer.

With over 15 years of experience in the physical and performance coaching field, Mike has worked with fortune 500 teams, elite military units, entrepreneurs, athletes and your next door neighbor. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge from leading his own teams, operating multiples businesses and applying the lessons he's learned more importantly on himself. In addition to being the Founder and CEO of Prototype Training Systems, Mike is the Head Leadership Coach within Next Jump's Leadership and Decision making training program.
As an entrepreneur and coach, he's been able to apply in practice, his own developmental lessons to help individuals and athletes perform at the next level. Unlike other coaching and training facilities, Mike embraces this notion that you can train your mind through your body. Over the years, he's been experimenting and innovating at Prototype to create both programs and an environment that you can train, so that you can apply it to what matters most to you in life.
