Prototype's youth training programs help kids and teens build strength, confidence, coordination, and healthy training habits. Our coaches keep training age-appropriate, structured, and fun while helping young athletes move better and feel more confident in sports and life. Youth programs are based in Westborough, MA and serve families from Westborough, Northborough, Southborough, Hopkinton, and the surrounding MetroWest area.
