This summer, a group of committed Prototype members took on our 8-Week Summer Shred — and the results were nothing short of inspiring.
Designed to help participants lose body fat, build muscle, and level up their nutrition knowledge, the program blended structure, support, and education. And it paid off.
What Our Community Achieved
Over 8 weeks, participants achieved serious results:
