Committed Club · August 2026

Four Ways to Wear the Crown

45 Members · 811 Sign-Ins · 12 Perfect Streaks

August is the hardest month to stay consistent. Forty-five of you refused to let it be.

The Short Version

45 members hit 15+ sign-ins in August 2026, combining for 811 sessions — an average of 18 apiece. For the first time all year the top of the board ended in a four-way tie at 23: Liz Nasser, Griffin Barriere, Mandy Pant and Abhi Das. Twelve members have now made the Committed Club every single month of 2026, and Leanne Chukoskie made it for the first time ever.

Nobody Would Blink

Every month this year somebody has run away with it. Abhi Das went 35 in May. Damon Walsh went 34. There is usually daylight at the top. In August there was none. Four members finished on 23 sign-ins — the first four-way tie for #1 we have had all year.

Liz Nasser(2,498 lifetime) and Griffin Barriere(929) both matched their best month of 2026 to get there. Mandy Pant(1,122) hit 23 for the second month in a row. Abhi Das(2,733) came down from a 33-sign-in July and still landed on top. Four different training ages, four different programs, same number in the column.

Context

The Toughest Month on the Calendar

Straight talk: August was our smallest Committed Club since February. Forty-five members and 811 sign-ins, down from 53 and 1,009 in July and from a June peak of 62. That is what the last three weeks of summer do to a schedule — camp weeks, last vacations, back-to-school logistics.

We are publishing the dip because the dip is the point. The members below trained through the month that empties every gym in New England. Consistency is not impressive in January. It is impressive right now.

Committed Club membership by month, January–August 2026. Peak: 62 in June. August: 45, the second-smallest month of the year behind February’s 43.

The Number We’re Proudest Of
12 Members. Eight Months Straight.

January through August. 15+ sign-ins every single month. No gaps, no vacation asterisks:

Mandy Pant · Abhi Das · Lisa Zancewicz · Rob Scannevin · Shana Doiron · Marc Dobay · Maria Maynard · Damon Walsh · Shreeja Pillai · Carolyn Keiper · Tyler Moore · Emily Oberlee

Eight for eight. Two thirds of a year without a single ordinary month.

Seventeen members were perfect through July; twelve carried it through August. And right behind them, 13 more members have missed exactly one month all year — including Liz Nasser, Griffin Barriere, Sandy Brock, Nicole St.Pierre and Anne Leahy. Shreeja Pillai deserves her own line: 15, 16, 16, 15, 18, 19, 19, 18 — she has never once over-reached, and she has never once missed.

๐Ÿ‘€ Milestone Watch
Sandy Brock · 1,980

Twenty classes from the 2,000 Club — a mark only 14 members in Prototype history have ever hit. She would be the 15th. At her August pace of 21, Sandy crosses the line before the end of September.

Also on the clock: Jeff Coleman is 13 away from 250, and Rob Scannevin is 31 away from 1,000.

Stories From the Roster

Behind the Numbers

First Time Ever
Leanne Chukoskie

Thirteen sign-ins across the first seven months of 2026. Seventeen in August alone. Leanne has 30 lifetime classes at PTS and more than half of them happened last month — her first Committed Club, ever. The best kind of number on this page.

The Switch Flipped
Jeff Coleman

January through June: 21 sign-ins total. July: 18. August: 18. Something changed at the halfway point of the year, and it has held for two straight months. He is now 13 classes from 250 lifetime.

The Metronome Broke Through
Geoff Maletta

13, 13, 13, 13, 14, 13 — six months of landing just under the line. Then 18 in July and 20 in August. Nobody in the gym spent longer knocking on this door.

Two Months, Two Clubs
Melissa Warner

Every one of Melissa’s 33 lifetime classes has come since July. She made the Committed Club in her first month at PTS, then raised it to 18 in her second. She has never had a month here that wasn’t a Committed Club month.

Newer Members, Front Row
Xiao Zhang & Samet Oksak

Xiao Zhang put up 20 sign-ins against 114 lifetime; Samet Oksak 16 against 56; Kathleen Sexton 16 against 110. Roughly a fifth of everything they have ever done here happened in one August.

Better Together
Training Partners

The pairs held the line in August: Griffin (23) & Garrett Barriere (18), Liza (20) & Jon Davis (17), and Carolyn (17) & Cornelius Keiper (18). The easiest way to keep a habit is to share it.

Common Questions

About the Committed Club

What is the Prototype Committed Club?

It is our monthly recognition for any member who records 15 or more sign-ins in a calendar month at Prototype Training Systems in Westborough, MA. Fifteen sign-ins is roughly three and a half sessions a week — the level of consistency that actually changes how you look, move and feel. There is no application and no fee. You show up, the data finds you.

Which classes count toward the 15?

All of them. Group Class, Open Gym, Personal Training, Endure, Thrive, Longevity and Recovery sessions all count equally. A recovery session on a tired Thursday counts the same as a Friday barbell class, because showing up on the tired day is the harder rep.

How many members made the Committed Club in August 2026?

45 members, with 811 combined sign-ins and an average of 18 sign-ins each. The top count was 23, shared by Liz Nasser, Griffin Barriere, Mandy Pant and Abhi Das.

Who has made the Committed Club every month of 2026?

Twelve members are eight-for-eight from January through August: Mandy Pant, Abhi Das, Lisa Zancewicz, Rob Scannevin, Shana Doiron, Marc Dobay, Maria Maynard, Damon Walsh, Shreeja Pillai, Carolyn Keiper, Tyler Moore and Emily Oberlee.

How do I get into next month’s Committed Club?

Book 15 sessions and keep them. Three to four a week, every week, with no perfect stretch required — most members on this list get there with a standing Monday/Wednesday/Friday plus one weekend session. If you are not a member yet, start with a free intro at prototypetraining.com.

Behind the Post

This list is pulled straight from our sign-in data with our own in-house tools — every program counts. No estimates, no rounding.

The Standard

To everyone in the August Committed Club: thank you. 45 of you, 811 sign-ins, through the emptiest month of the year. That is what shows up when you do.

The math never changes — 15 sign-ins in a month, three-ish times a week, and don’t quit. See you on the floor. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

A Note on How This Was Built

The Committed Club roster was compiled from our Wodify sign-in history using in-house tools we built to count every program — Group Class, Open Gym, Personal Training, Endure, Thrive, Longevity, Recovery. We lean on AI to speed up that data work and to help lay out posts like this one — so the recognition goes out faster and the numbers stay exact. The stories, the standard, and the people are all Prototype.
