What ages can join the kids & youth athlete programs?

We generally serve ages 8–17 (middle school to high school) with programming that scales by age and experience. Sessions focus on movement quality, coordination, strength foundations, and confidence.

I’m 40+ and getting back into fitness—am I too late to start strength training?

Not at all. We program specifically for adults 40+ who want to improve strength, bone density, and healthspan. Expect progressive loads, smart mobility, and clear coaching cues.

Do you offer personal training and small-group options?

Yes. We offer 1:1 personal training, partner sessions, and small-group training so you can choose the level of coaching and community you prefer.
