Why this matters:
Your WODIFY data gives us the weights, the times, and the scores. But the best reports come from athletes who gave us the full picture — training background, injuries, goals, life context. This info doesn't just make your report better. It helps us build benchmarks across the entire PTS membership so we can have smarter coaching conversations with everyone.

Your Background
Did you walk in with a fitness background, or was PTS your starting point? Former athlete? Other gym experience? CrossFit elsewhere? Never touched a barbell? This helps us understand where your baseline came from and what your progress at PTS actually represents.
Context the Data Can't Tell Us
Job changes, school, new child, relocation, travel-heavy periods, illness — anything that affected when or how often you trained. A volume drop with context reads completely different than one without it.
Running, cycling, swimming, skiing, sport leagues, hiking, races, martial arts — include approximate frequency. This volume is invisible in WODIFY but changes how we read your conditioning data and what prescriptions make sense.
Include approximate dates if you can. A stalled PR or avoided movement reads very differently when there's an injury behind it. Chronic conditions count too — anything that shapes how you train.
Be as specific as you can. "Get stronger" is a start — "hit a 300 lb back squat by Open season" or "run a sub-2:00 half marathon by fall" gives us something to build the coaching prescription around.
