Individual Program Design (IPD)
Prototype’s Individual Program Design (IPD) gives you direct access to elite-level coaching and a truly personalized training experience—built around your body, your goals, your life. Whether you're training here at Prototype, at home, in a commercial gym, or on the road, we deliver high-touch coaching that goes far beyond templated plans or one-size-fits-all programming.
Here’s What You Get
Custom Programming Built for You
We build your workouts around your movement patterns, training goals, equipment access, time constraints, and injury history.
No templates. Your coach designs a progressive training plan FOR YOU based on your movement quality, injury history, available equipment, and schedule.
Every 4 weeks, your coach will design a new program for you where you will meet with your coach to take you through your new program.
Coaching That Adjusts as You Do
Each session is tracked and reviewed. We analyze your feedback and make intelligent adjustments based on progress, challenges, or changes in your routine. Stuck? Traveling? Feeling run down? We’ve got you.
After your 4 weeks of training, your coach will send you a custom and personalized training report card that gives you an overview of the progress that you've made and insight into future adjustments!
Ongoing Support & Check-ins
You’re not just getting workouts—you’re getting a relationship. Our coaches are in regular communication with you to provide support, coaching cues, mindset tools, and accountability.
This includes weekly reflections, feedback (video when needed), and access to coaching conversations when life gets messy.

1. Sign Up for a Free Intro Session
Book A Free No Sweat Intro with one of our Coaches which can be done in person or virtually.
2. Create a Custom Plan
After your No Sweat Intro, your Coach takes you through our Prototype Movement Assessment and creates your personalized training plan based on what you want to achieve.
3. Start Growing
Get started with your personalized 4 week training plan. Every 4 weeks you meet with your coach to evaluate and progress your training program that they will take you through and monitor your progress!

Mike Collette: Founder and CEO of Prototype Training Systems
With over 15 years of experience in the physical and performance coaching field, Mike has worked with fortune 500 teams, elite military units, entrepreneurs, athletes and your next door neighbor. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge from leading his own teams, operating multiples businesses and applying the lessons he's learned more importantly on himself. In addition to being the Founder and CEO of Prototype Training Systems, Mike is the Head Leadership Coach within Next Jump's Leadership and Decision making training program.
As an entrepreneur and coach, he's been able to apply in practice, his own developmental lessons to help individuals and athletes perform at the next level. Unlike other coaching and training facilities, Mike embraces this notion that you can train your mind through your body. Over the years, he's been experimenting and innovating at Prototype to create both programs and an environment that you can train, so that you can apply it to what matters most to you in life.

I’ve been dealing with some knee issues over the last year or so that have drastically slowed me down, and limited my ability to consistently join CF classes. This has not been an easy thing for me to deal with... this program has been AWESOME! Mike has designed a program specifically for me, that evolves every 4 weeks, and is built to strengthen my knee’s and target other area’s I’ve identified I want to work on. We communicate regularly in person and through the True Coach app which makes the program incredibly easy to follow. The intake/evaluation process he‘s developed is pretty amazing, and provides an incredibly thought out and targeted program to the individual. If you are looking for something a little different, or know someone who could benefit from and individualized program with this format, I highly recommend giving it a go!!
I have been working with Mike for about 14 years. Although I have always liked to work-out, Mike has certainly pushed and encouraged me to look at my training in a different way. I would say that my primary focus had always been to prioritize cardio vs. a balance of weight training with higher intensity cardio. Mike helped me to understand and frankly ensure that I am doing weight training multiple days during the week which dramatically improved by strength
and muscle tone. Mike also begins our workouts checking to be sure that I don’t have injuries (different than sore muscles), so that we can avoid making something worse...I am happy to share my experiences with anyone who would like more information. Age is
certainly relative, and Mike continues to help me fight gravity and stay very fit.
