Abhi led the gym in March. He led it in April too. Four sign-ins clear of #2 and pushing a 7-classes-per-week pace through the entire month. With 2,623 lifetime classes, he is one of the most consistent training humans we have ever had at Prototype — and he’s not slowing down. If you want to know what daily showing up looks like over years, he’s the picture.

Every Month.

Of the 54 athletes in the April Committed Club, 24 of them have been in the club every single month of 2026 — January, February, March, and now April. Four months. Four times over the bar. That’s the kind of streak that turns into PRs, into milestones, into a body that just keeps showing up.

A Few You Should Know About

TOP 5 DEBUT
Caroline Queenan — 25 Classes
First time in the Committed Club ever, and she didn’t just clear the bar — she landed in a four-way tie for #4 in the entire gym. Twenty-five sign-ins as a debut. That’s how you announce yourself.
NEW + ALL IN
Xiao Zhang — 20 Classes, 57 Lifetime
Twenty April classes when their entire lifetime sits at 57. More than a third of their training history happened this month. That’s a member who walked in the door, looked around, and decided to go all in.
FIVE FAMILY PAIRS
Training Together In April
Five families had two members each in the Committed Club: the Collettes (Mike + Jon), the Cusatos (Greg + Ala), the Lacasses (Heather + Chris — our May POM), the Hardins (Kim + Mark), and the Davises (Liza + Jon). Training next to people you love hits different.

Behind The Post
Built With Our Own AI Tools.
All 1,040 sign-ins, the 24-member four-month streak, the five family pairs, the milestone-watch on Tyler and Liza inching toward their 500 — all of it was pulled directly from our Wodify cache and structured by AI tools we’re building in-house at Prototype. The point isn’t that AI wrote a blog post. The point is that it lets us notice you faster — the streak you’re on, the milestone you’re close to, the family pair training next to each other — and tell you about it before it slips by. That’s how we’re using AI: better recognition, sharper insights, and more time for our coaches to be on the floor with you.
The Standard
Show Up. Train Hard. Repeat.

To everyone in the April Committed Club: thank you. Your consistency is the reason this place feels the way it does.

See you on the floor in May. 🔥
