We do more than write checks. Our coaches, members, partners, and facility come together to turn support into action.
Westborough and the surrounding communities helped build Prototype. Investing here is how we keep that cycle going.
Our flagship fundraiser
An annual team competition that turns meters rowed into opportunities for local young people.
What began as Row for Crows has grown into Prototype's biggest fundraising event. Today, we partner with WASA and the Westborough Boosters to support youth athletics, develop coaches, and help more families access sports.
Community events
Since 2012, our members have turned workouts into fundraising, remembrance, mentorship, and meaningful support for people who need it.
Annual event · Veterans and first responders
Every year around Veterans Day, our community gathers for 24 straight hours and takes on one Hero workout every hour to honor those who died in the line of duty and raise funds for veteran organizations.
One-time fundraiser · Youth resilience
The 2022 Ignite FYR Workout was a one-time fundraising workout that brought our community together to support Forging Youth Resilience and its mission of building physical and mental strength in young people.
Beyond event day
We combine fundraising, sponsorships, donated space, and hands-on support to help good people keep doing good work.
Youth development
From lacrosse and Little League to basketball and the Westborough Boosters, we support organizations making youth sports more accessible.
Past recognition · Social Capitalist
In 2021, Mike Collette was named Next Jump's second Social Capitalist. During that completed initiative, he used the award's charitable funding to support people and organizations doing good in the world.
