Mission Control — End User License Agreement

1. Who this covers
Mission Control is private, internal business software built and operated by Prototype Training Systems, 50 East Main St Unit 1, Westborough, MA 01581 (“Prototype”, “we”, “us”).
Mission Control is not sold, licensed, distributed, or offered to the public. It exists solely to run Prototype’s own gym operations. If you are reading this because you found a link from an app directory or a software integration listing, there is nothing here for you to install or purchase.
2. License
Prototype grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mission Control for Prototype’s internal business purposes only. No other rights are granted.
3. Authorized users
Access is limited to Prototype owners, employees, and contractors who have been granted credentials by a Prototype owner. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Access may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice — including automatically when employment or a contract ends.
4. Acceptable use
Authorized users may use Mission Control only to carry out their work for Prototype. Users must not:
- copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or publish the software or its contents;
- export, download, or retain member, client, employee, or financial data except as required for their work and permitted by Prototype;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the software;
- share credentials or allow anyone else to use their access;
- use the software or its data after their authorization ends.
5. Data and connected services
Mission Control reads business records that belong to Prototype from systems Prototype already uses, including its gym management platform, its accounting software, its advertising accounts, and its website analytics. Connections are authorized by a Prototype owner and can be disconnected at any time.
Specifically with respect to accounting data: Mission Control reads Prototype’s own QuickBooks Online company file — expense transactions and profit-and-loss reporting — for the sole purpose of internal financial reporting to Prototype’s owners. It does not write to, modify, or delete accounting records. It does not access any other company’s data. This information is not sold, licensed, shared with third parties, or used for advertising, and it is not used to train any machine learning model.
Personal information about members and staff is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Confidentiality
Everything visible in Mission Control — member information, revenue, payroll, attendance, and business performance data — is confidential information of Prototype. Authorized users must keep it confidential during and after their time with Prototype.
7. No warranty
Mission Control is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Figures shown in Mission Control are operational estimates drawn from other systems and are not accounting statements, tax advice, or financial advice. Prototype’s official books of record are maintained separately.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prototype is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of the use of or inability to use Mission Control.
9. Termination
Prototype may suspend or terminate any user’s access at any time. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
11. Changes
Prototype may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
