The criteria and standard that we look for when our team puts in their nominations for Prototype of the month are Coachability, Caring and Community and in our opinion, Aniella encompasses all three of those qualities handly. Congratulations Aniella!

Share your experience at Prototype

I’ve been a member for about 7 years and I can definitely affirm that It has changed my life. At first It was just a new concept of fitness for me and a group of friends and we were there just for fun. As the years went by I had ups and downs and I found out that Prototype was my safe place, still is but the difference is now I can enjoy myself, learn a lot and communicate with people from different perspective and lifestyles, a combination where at the end we’re all the same and feels so good to belong to a great environment where I can always be myself.

What is your favorite part about being at Prototype?

It’s a great community where people connect in different ways and that is hard to see nowadays. The vibe in the gym is unique and contagious .

What are your hobbies and activities?

I love to travel, watch different sunsets, enjoy my family, and hang out with friends . I’m a big music fan and love to attend concerts. I’m also a big fan of podcasts.

How has Prototype helped you or solved a problem for you?

I always include Prototype as part of my therapy. It’s been a life changer to achieve my goals as an individual . It gives me strength to keep moving and create a routine to a better lifestyle .

What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?

I wanted to get stronger but also learn to respect my limits, listen to my body but always moving forward .
