1.) Share your experience at Prototype and how it changed your life?

My experience at Prototype has always been amazing. A place where I work out psychically , but also mentally. It changed my life in many ways like my attitudes and how to deal with my emotions and problems.

2.) What is your favorite part about being at Prototype?

My favorite part about being at Prototype is that it is such a welcoming and family environment. Everyone is very kind and inclusive to everyone that joins. The coaches are very professional and teach you the right techniques to approach your physical goals.

3.)Who have you made special connections with at Prototype?

I have made special connections with all the coaches at Prototype, especially Brian Zancewics. Brian is an excellent coach that is always available to help anyone in need. He is a very sweet and kind human being.

4.) How has Prototype helped you or solved a problem for you?

Prototype is a place that I go to everyday and improves my physical health, but also my mental.

My goal is to continue working out to enhance my health. Crossfit is also my favorite hobby to do. My goals have not changed since I was last Prototype of the Month because I continue working on my physical capabilities and my health.

6.) Favorite Quote

“You can’t be stuck with the same weight.” – Coach Brian
I will never forget this quote when I told Brian I wasn’t going to do heavy weight anymore.
